With over three decades of experience in sales, marketing, and real estate, Fred has built his career on providing thoughtful guidance, strategic insight, and steady counsel to every client he serves. Since beginning his real estate career in 1993, he has earned a reputation for honesty, high integrity, and a results‑driven approach grounded in professionalism.
Real estate became Fred’s core business because of the meaningful, day‑to‑day impact it allows him to make—helping families secure homes they feel confident in and proud of, and guiding sellers through well‑negotiated, seamless transactions. From strategic pricing and skilled negotiation to staging coordination, professional photography, and presenting each property at its highest potential, he approaches every listing with care and precision.
Fred specializes in Alamo Heights, downtown, and urban living, bringing in‑depth market knowledge and a client‑focused strategy to buyers and sellers across these distinctive neighborhoods. Actively involved in the industry, he serves on various SABOR committees and remains engaged in professional leadership and service.
Beyond real estate, he is committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, the San Antonio Food Bank, and many years serving in the kitchen at The Battered Women’s Shelter.
Fred and his wife, Shannon, enjoy life with their chocolate lab, Raleigh. Their two children have recently begun their professional careers, and he values the lasting relationships his work has fostered—often turning clients into lifelong friends.
